Hello there.
Okay, let me sum up the important parts...
I studied Fine Art at the University of Alberta. Got my BFA and moved to Vancouver, British Columbia. Went to film school at VFS and didn't like it. In 2003 I started up a unique mixture of a comic book and pop culture store with a fine art gallery called Elfsar Collection (aka Elfsar Comics & Toys). The retail store operated in the heart of Downtown Vancouver for 7 years and I closed it down in May 2010.
Elfsar was nominated for the Annual Harry Kremer award for Most Outstanding Canadian Comic Book Retailer for 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010. In 2010, Elfsar Comics & Toys received a nomination for the Will Eisner "Spirit of Comics" retailer award.
Now I currently operate an online store at my website
[link] and I have the new found freedom to focus more on my artwork and accept jobs that I otherwise had to turn down.
Truth is, I have never really shared my work online before and so this is a new venture for me. I hope you enjoy
